RotorWay Exec-152 two-seat Helicopter—Complete. 1988 Model. N999GS, S/N 32958. Completed and first flown in 1989. Received its Airworthiness Certificate in 1989. Last Annual: 2013. About 853hrs. TTAF, 533hrs. TTE. Helicopter was upgraded in 2001 by replacement of original engine with a later model: the RI-162. Flight-readiness:
Engine’s SDS-EM4 was upgraded with new computer chips (installed). This system must be powered up and programmed via the 2 digital panels mounted between the seats. Final known steps for full flight-readiness (aside from registration) is checking the belts, remounting and, if necessary, rebalancing the main rotorblades. As with any aircraft, a certified mechanic must inspect it to determine what else, if anything, is needed.
Always stored indoors (hangared). Well-maintained by orginal owner/builder; never damaged. Located in Pennsylvania. Owner selling for medical reasons.
