RotorWay Exec-162 2-seat helicopter, 1983 model; N83WW (deregistered); S/N 2926. Received its airworthiness 1984*. Airframe has about 15hrs.TT (hover time for balance check). Helicopter is complete and assembled, with many upgrades and custom accessories. Overall condition is good. *The Airworthiness Certificate applied to the original build as an Exec-145 and may not apply to helicopter’s current rebuilt status as an Exec-162.

FLIGHT READINESS
Helicopter requires a renewal of the registration, a Condition Inspection and a rotorblade balance check. Otherwise, a qualified mechanic determine what else, if anything, is needed for flight-readiness.
